Exhibitor Forms: You can prepare for the show in advance, by downloading and completing your Show Entry Forms. If this is your first show and you need help with understanding the forms, you may contact Robin Whiteman at [email protected] or reach out to the contact listed for the show you are attending. If you would like help at the show, print the NCS Show Entry Form and take it with you and ask the Show Manager for assistance.

Club Forms : Clubs are responsible for preparing a secretary book for each show, verifying entries with Advanced Exhibitor Band Codes are classified in the Advanced sections, preparing the Judges Reports with the final placements and maintaining copies of the show entry forms and secretary books. Note: the NCS Electronic Secretary Book includes the Judged Reports. If your club uses the print version of the NCS Secretary Book, please make sure to print out the NCS Judges Reports (Print Version) as well.
